I would like to remind all of our customers that on-time delivery guarantees have been suspended indefinitely since March 2020 by all postal carriers (Canadapost, UPS, Fedex etc…), due to potential impacts related to local facilities and air transportation operating circumstances as a result surrounding the pandemic. As a result no claims can be made for late deliveries and customers must understand that their orders may arrive later than expected. Like everyone else, post office workers must adhere to social distancing rules which can and will impact processing times on packages. Stay safe everyone.
