Note: All orders placed on www.Cmdstore.ca will be charged in Canadian dollars. If you wish to be charged in US dollars please visit www.Cmdstore.com where all orders placed there will be charged in US funds.
Credit Cards (VISA or MASTERCARD)
We accept the following credit cards: Visa and Mastercard.
Please understand that we process orders very quickly. Most orders are processed within the same or next business day. For that reason, it is important to make certain your order is accurate. If you wish to cancel your order after the package has been shipped, you are responsible for the delivery charges.
Paypal
We accept Paypal as a payment method at www.Cmdstore.ca
Paybright Payment Plan
With Paybright we allow customers to break down the cost of a purchase into a series of biweekly or monthly installments depending on the cost of the order.
Pay in 4 interest-free biweekly payments for purchases over $50 and under $1000. No credit check is required.
Pay in monthly payments over 3 to 60 months for larger purchases over $1000. Paybright will run a credit check on orders over $1000 and may charge 0% interest, to low interest to regular interest depending on your credit check and value of the order.
Disclosure #1: If you finance your purchase with Paybright Inc., and one or more items in your order has an extended ship date (i.e pre-order or back-order items), your loan payment(s), including interest, may be due before you receive your purchase.
Disclosure #2: All orders paid using Paybright Inc. will be subject to a 48 hour minimum credential and security verification proicess before being shipped out.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are based on a combination of how many items purchased, the weight of the products, dimensions of the package, and destination. Shipping fees includes shipping, packaging materials and labor. With the high price of Oil, it may be expensive depending on your location. Please use the shopping cart to determine availability of product and the shipping charges to your location by entering your country and postal/zip code. You can then click "Calculate Shipping" and the shipping fees will be shown. You don't need to provide a credit card unless you decide to place the order.
We have noticed an increased amount of customers providing a wrong or incomplete (ie. missing apartment or suite) address and then complaining that they have not received their package. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR MIS-DIRECTED PACKAGES IF YOU GIVE US THE WRONG ADDRESS. Please take your time when typing your shipping address during the checkout phase.
CANADA
All CANADA orders are shipped either Canada Post or UPS Ground and takes about 3 to 10 business days. Shipping fees to Western Canada will be much more than Central/Eastern provinces since we are located on the East coast. Please use the shopping cart to determine the shipping costs.

UNITED STATES (USA)
USA orders are shipped either US Postal Service (USPS) or UPS Ground and takes about 5 to 10 working days. If you have an address that can only accept a certain shipping method, please state this at the time of your order to avoid any delays/errors in your shipment. We are not responsible for non-delivery if you provide an invalid shipping address All prices listed on the website are in Canadian dollars.
There are no taxes or duties for U.S. residents if the value of the order is under $800.
All U.S. residents will be charged in Canadian dollars. Your bank will convert the amount to U.S. funds on your monthly statement. If you want to pay in US dollars, please go to our US site at: www.cmdstore.com.
INTERNATIONAL
Presently, we only ship to certain countries (please view our list using the shopping cart). It is not cheap shipping overseas. It will be expensive. We ship either by Canada Post Airmail, US Postal Service EMS, UPS or Deutsche Post and it takes 5 to 25 business days for delivery. WE DO NOT OFFER SURFACE SHIPPING OPTIONS. Please be aware that all international customers may be subject to duties/taxes by your local authorities. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to pay these additional fees. If your country is not listed, then we do not ship there.
All International customers will be charged in Canadian dollars. Your bank will convert the amount to your country's currency on your monthly credit card statement.
